Shipping is by post, nationwide, untracked. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of checkout.

Refunds and returns

Seeds are perishable products. Please read all information provided and store seed as suggested to ensure the best germination and avoid disappointments.

If you do discover a problem after you’ve accepted delivery, please email dig.it@twomountains.co.nz.

If you have an issue with your seeds we may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packaging material until you’re completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.

If we shipped you the wrong item, we’ll fix the problem at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.
